1. Shipping Destinations & Regions
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and District of Columbia addresses.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We do ship to PO Boxes and military bases via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping methods may not be available for these locations.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Note: High-demand seasonal drops or customized engraving requests may require an additional 2–3 business days for preparation.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping options to fit your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, severe weather, or remote locations.
4. Order Tracking & Confirmation
Once your package is handed over to our courier partner (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number(s).

5. Signature Requirement for Premium Orders
Because Divine Knives crafts high-value artisan blades, orders valued over $200 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safety and prevent package theft. If you will not be home, we highly recommend managing your delivery preferences directly via the carrier's tracking link.
6. Damages, Lost Packages, & Issues
Divine Knives is committed to safe transit.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the tool immediately.

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@divineknives.us
with your order number and photos so we can initiate a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, which means there is a very small window to change or cancel an order. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
